Topman Topshop opens new store in Las Vegas

Sir Philip accompanied by actress Kristen Bell, Lydia Hurst and Miss Nevada, Jade Kelsall opened the Topman Topshop Las Vegas store March 8th at 4pm PST. Hosted by "Holly's World" Angel Porrino and Josh Strickland. Philip Green announces plans to open the next USA store in Los Angeles to sit alongside Las Vegas, Chicago and New York.

Convicted Killer Collects Unemployment Checks In Jail

Via The Huffington Post: "Authorities say a convicted killer who gained notoriety for having a murder scene tattooed on his chest received unemployment benefits while he was in jail. Sheriff's Capt. Mike Parker said Saturday that Anthony Garcia, nicknamed "Chopper," received more than $30,000 in fraudulent unemployment while in Los Angeles County jail from 2008 to 2010. Parker says Garcia's father and two girlfriends would get the checks then cash them and deposit the money in the inmate accounts of Garcia and fellow gang members...".* Ana Kasparian and Cenk Uygur break it down.

Boy Murdered In Empire, California - Modesto News

Stanislaus County Sheriff's Department along with E.M.S. crews were dispatched to the 5200 block of First St. near H St. in Empire, California for reports that a person had been shot across the street from Empire Elementary School.

According to a Deputy Supervisor on the scene the victim was a 12 year old boy however, that information has not yet been confirmed by an official press release. Some new incoming information indicates that he may have been 15 or 16 years old.

When crews arrived at the scene they found the boy in grave condition and began to perform C.P.R. as they transported him to an area hospital. He was pronounced dead a short time later.

The Stanislaus County Sheriff's Department is in the begining stages of their homicide investigation and are expected to put out a press release tomorrow morning.

As of now what is clear, is that one boy is dead with no one yet in custody.
